Energy Efficient Small Homes

A Hill Country Developer was looking for an efficient, quick to built and high quality system for the first phase of his multi-phase affordable home development. After stick building the first two homes in the project, he knew there must be a better way. He contracted for 12 GeoFaze 40′ x 16′ SIP homes that were ready within a month of approval. The first home took 3 days to erect including a day to stick frame the floor. Halfway through the 12 homes, he was erecting a whole house in a day. Ultimately he purchased floor panels for the last 3 homes, cutting the floor framing from 8 hours to 3. The developer is planning the next phase as he finishes the buildout of the first phase and is offering his SIP installation services to third parties.
